This Privacy Policy explains how Not Null, LLC (“Setz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Setz mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

Depending on how you use Setz, we may collect:

• User Content you create or store in the app (such as setlists, notes, titles)

B) Information collected automatically

We may automatically collect:

• Device and app information (device type, operating system version, app version)

• Usage information (screens viewed, feature usage, interaction patterns)

• Log data (diagnostic logs, timestamps, crash reports)

• Identifiers (such as device identifiers used for security, analytics, and debugging)

We do not collect sensitive data like precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant permission and we clearly ask for it.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

• Save and sync your setlists and preferences

• Monitor performance, debug issues, and prevent abuse or fraud

• provide the Service,

• enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Section 7). Some information may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6) Your Choices and Controls

You can:

• Manage certain permissions (like notifications) in your iPhone Settings

• Limit data collection by uninstalling the app

• Request access or deletion of data (see next section)

If analytics are used, we may also provide opt-out controls where required by law.

7) Your Rights (Access, Deletion, and Updates)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your information
